Immediate Action is Needed to Save The Heber Fields from development. Protect the General Plan.

The General Plan was put into place to protect the property rights of all and helps ensure we have a great quality of life in our growing community.

The Wasatch County Council recently passed an ordinance that modifies the boundaries of the General Plan which may effect the Property rights of many land owners in tb e highly valued agricultural fields. So that county residents can vote and have a voice to Save the Heber Fields and Protect the General Plan, close to 3,000 signatures are needed in the next 30 days, to allow the people of Wasatch County to vote on the issue in the election in November.
Please consider the value of having a voice and a vote. Please show your support for the highly valued agricultural fields and some of the last remaining open space in the Heber Valley.
Many Wasatch County landowners and citizens support this initiative and are needing help to gather enough signatures. As a local Wasatch County resident, that is directly impacted by this ordinance change ,and one of the original six citizens that filed the petition with the County, I have been asked to post this request to raise funds to support the signature gathering initiative.
In order to gather enough signatures in addition to the volunteers that are working hard, an independent grass roots firm will need to be hired. All funds will be used to fund the signature gathering costs.
The cost to gather signatures is $5.60 per signature upon withdraw of funds all funds will be paid to SigSix, the firm we are using to support the signature drive. Upon withdraw the funds will be placed in the Zions Bank personal account of the one of the designated managers, Justin Crail. After withdraw 100% of the funds will be paid independent signature gathering firm Sig Six. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.
