Leslie and Matt were so excited to hear of their pregnancy but just imagine their joy once they heard they were expecting twins. As you can imagine they were overwhelmed and overjoyed. Then less than 48 hours ago they were told that they had stage 3 TTTS (twin to twin transfusion syndrome) their entire world went into a whirlwind. Today they flew to Toronto for a surgery they hope will help save both of their babies. But this surgery is at the most of difficult and has been delayed for the next day or two. Flights and out of province care with hotels and such can accumulate quite quickly and add an extra stressor when the main focus needs to be on remaining positive for the babies sake. Today we are asking for contributions to help cover the flights and hotels as well as the constant back and forth trips to Saskatoon once Leslie is able to come home and continue follow up within Saskatchewan. Every dollar counts. We also would like to ask for love and prayers for these sweet babies and their courageous parents.
