SAVE FINGERLAKES DRIVE IN THEATER

The beloved community Fingerlakes Movie Drive In theater, located in Auburn NY, owns most of the land it uses for its operations. In June of 2014, land was leased (without issue) from a Non Native Neighbor for a twenty year term that included a perpetual renewal. This upfront, paid in full leased land includes the drive in entrance and where the movie screen abuts up to it. While not the Chief but controversial Cayuga Nation member federal representative Clint Halftown of the Cayuga Nation knowingly knew of the Drive ins entrance lease and purchased our neighbor/landlords property in January 2023 for a inflated amount; and has now shut the Drive in down with barricades.

We're are hoping Claudia Tenney returns our call for help. We ask our Patrons to Boycott the Cayuga Nation Enterprises in Union Springs and Seneca Falls. Please donate (even a small amount) toward our legal fund if your able to.
