On October 31st, 2025, one of the most haunted houses in America will be sold at foreclosure auction.

If no one in the paranormal community steps up, The Conjuring House could be lost forever- to private buyers, developers, or someone who closes its doors entirely.

That’s why I’m rallying support to Save The Conjuring House and preserve its legacy.

Who I Am

Hi, I’m Nicki Baber! a storyteller, paranormal explorer, and creator of the Banshee Society, a community of over 7 million spooky souls on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

My journey with the paranormal didn’t start online. I grew up in a haunted home, surrounded by strange experiences: whispers in empty rooms, things moving when no one was there, and rare moments where I could see people who weren’t really there.

Over time, I realized that sharing these stories doesn’t just entertain, it connects us. Haunted places remind us of history, legacy, and mystery.

️ Why This House Matters

The Conjuring House is more than a farmhouse in Rhode Island:

It’s where the Perron family reported terrifying hauntings in the 1970s.

It inspired The Conjuring, the most successful horror film franchise in history.

And it has become a symbol for paranormal researchers, fans, and storytellers worldwide.

If this house disappears into private hands, a piece of paranormal history disappears with it.

Our Vision

If we are successful at the auction, the intent is to:

Preserve and care for the property in accordance with legal, zoning, and safety requirements.

Explore ways to make it accessible in a responsible, respectful, and affordable manner.

Support opportunities for creators and researchers to continue telling its story.

How Funds May Be Used

While our primary goal is to raise enough to bid on and purchase The Conjuring House, there are many real-world costs involved in a project of this size. To be transparent, funds raised may also be used for:

Auction-related expenses (deposit, legal fees, travel to auction)

Closing costs, property taxes, and insurance

Basic repairs and safety upgrades required by code

Hiring professional staff (legal, tax, zoning experts) to ensure everything is done correctly

Documentation, travel, and content creation tied to the Haunted Empire mission

✨ In short: every dollar raised will go directly toward either securing The Conjuring House or advancing the larger Haunted Empire project, preserving, documenting, and sharing haunted history with the world.

Our Backup Plan

We cannot guarantee the outcome of the auction or the amount raised. However, no funds will go to waste.

If we are unable to purchase The Conjuring House, all donations will still fuel the larger mission:
