County officials are now reviewing preliminary land development permits, with a decision expected within months. Once approved, this becomes nearly impossible to undo. SAVE (Save Allegheny Valley Environment) is a grassroots group of neighbors, meeting weekly to track the permitting process, prepare residents to testify at public hearings, and organize our community's response.
