Save Port Elphinstone Community House

Hi my name is Amanda, I’m help with raising funds to keep The Port Elphinstone Community House from closing due to lack of funding.

The Port Elphinstone Community House is a Nonprofit charity.

the following is a message from Nom Wright the chair person.

Hi my name is Nom, I’m the Chair of Port Elphinstone Community House, the only community facility/space in Port Elphinstone. We are raising funds to cover the ongoing and ever increasing costs of running the facility.

We are charged a rent similar to the domestic flats, by Langstane Housing Association and without this the facility wouldn’t be available for the community groups to hire, or for the management committee to operate the Foodshare Larder.

Funding is a constant battle, but as with everything, this is becoming more and more competitive.

Any monies raised from this funding source will be used to cover the day to day running costs and to look at further investing the facility to be able to offer more activities to meet the needs of the people of Port Elphinstone

No donation is to small.
