Jim Williams has been at the heart of local music in Lake County for over 30 years. Through his gifted playing as well as his music store 'Strings and Things', he has brought the joy of music to all of us in one way or another. The catastrophe of the PG&E power outages have dealt a significant blow to his small business and performing in our community. To compound his difficulties his wife just had major surgery and has required much of his caring attention. And of course the bills don't stop. I am reaching out to all who know Jim or appreciate the musical community that he has supported for all these years.
