Help us medical treatment to My sister’s family in Gaza
Donation protected
A wounded and grief-stricken family from Gaza Strip is suffering from the ravages of war, genocide, and destruction. They have tragically lost some of their beloved family members in dire circumstances. My sister is a doctor and her husband is a doctor working as a urology surgeon at Shifa Hospital. They found themselves facing pain, death, forced displacement, and loss, as they lost the mother of Emad and his sister and their two-year-old daughter in a devastating bombing that hit their home while they were inside, miraculously surviving. The tragedy didn't spare their children either, as two of them suffered severe injuries; Mohammed with painful burns and Ahmed with wounds requiring urgent surgeries beyond Gaza's medical capabilities. Additionally, Emad, the husband of my sister, awaits treatment amidst his agonizing pain, suffering from a major pelvic fracture. This story isn't just a narration of tragic events but a plea for reflection and action to help this devastated family overcome their pain and regain hope for a better life. The afflicted family not only desperately needs medical treatment outside Gaza but also faces enormous financial challenges. Obtaining medical assistance abroad requires bearing the costs of travel through the Rafah border crossing, which entails significant financial burdens, with each person needing to pay up to €5000. Moreover, they must bear the costs of treatment in Egypt, including accommodation and medical care, making the situation even more difficult and complicated given the challenging circumstances they are facing
"Evacuation from Gaza to Egypt:
The cost of evacuation from Gaza is €5000 for adults and €2500 for children, totaling €17,200 for my sister's family, consisting of 2 adults and 3 children.
Arrival of my sister's husband and children to medical care:
The funds will also contribute to their treatment due to the brutal bombardment they have endured, ensuring that they undergo major surgeries for the pelvic fracture suffered by my sister's husband, as well as first-degree burns, tissue tears, and other serious health issues suffered by their children.
The total amount needed is approximately €70,000.
Your contribution, whether large or small, can make a profound difference in the lives of these children, offering them a ray of hope amid despair."
