Save our dad from deportation

My father, Genaro Lopez,  widow with three kids, was detained by immigration from his home on Tuesday, June 27th. After my mother petitioned for his residency in 2001, he got approved four years later in 2005. By that time, they were married and had all three of us, Jr, Mara, and Jesus. Excited to start a new chapter in their lives, we moved from Los Angeles, CA to Fresno, CA to buy a home. Shortly after in 2006, my mom passed away in a car accident. This tragedy automatically closed his case and he did not get the chance to apply for his residency. My dad as a widow hasnt remarried after 11 years and has dedicated his life to raise us.  It would break our family apart if he gets deported to Mexico. He is not a threat or danger to our community, he is just another loving and supportive father who works hard and wants the best for his kids.
