Save Our Community: Protect 55 Families

Colony Mobile home park, in Vancouver Washington and it's 55 families needs your help. Our kind and elderly Owner Robert passed away, and left our community to a Charity ; that Charity has now place us in an auction putting uncertainty in all of our lives.

For many of us home is more than just four walls and a roof; It's the community we live in and the relationships we make.

However our beloved community is facing the financial obstacle of raising enough funds and resources to be competative in this auction

This poses a significant threat to the stability and well-being of our residents, many of whom are seniors and families living on fixed incomes or individuals facing medical or economic hardships.

Colony Mobile home park provides a vital lifeline for its residents. It offers affordable housing directly across from 3 schools, losing this and our community would have devastating effects on our residents along with the surrounding neighborhoods and the schools that we live so close to.

In order for us to bid in the action. We had to form our own LLC called Colony Mobile Community LLC.

We have joined forces with an ROC that has said they would use a grant to help up to the property’s assessed Value.

This has allowed us to be the lowest bid in the auction.

Now we need your help to allow us to win on March 7th 2025

(A) Pool resources to directly compete in the purchase of the property at the auction

(B) Operate and manage the property as a community once purchased

(C) Legal and Advocacy efforts to secure the long term future and safety of our community residents

(D) In case we are unsuccessful in purchasing the park, leftover funds will help in the relocation process of our Community residents.
