Urgent! SEPA and all landowners! We need help with attorneys fees to reconcile the issue at the front gate. We are certainly going to use our own funds but we need additional assistance if you can help.

My name is Laura Tolbert and I am helping SEPA to raise funds for an attorney to deal with the impending new gate situation.

As president of SEPA I would like to start by making a statement and put some additional thoughts regarding the gate. It appears an individual has created a for-profit corporation and leased some property from Mr. and Mrs. Church. This would cover a portion of where our gate currently sits. I want to make this very clear. SEPA has nothing to do with this project. I will say, that the individual has incorporated some of what Sepa has proposed to Mr. and Mrs. Church in the past and I like some of his ideas. Nonetheless we have been consulting with a number of attorneys and other agencies. Anybody that wants to add their names to this concerned list to either volunteer time or at least have their name listed please contact us.

Follow up post. As president of SEPA trust me I’ve been pretty busy in the background. I’d like to preface that I have nothing personal against Mr. and Mrs. church nor the individual who is attempting to profit off of Suburban estates. These documents show the recorded easement going back to the 50s along with a survey that’s “like the holy grail of surveys” – That’s from the guy we paid for the survey. Anyways, you’re welcome to print these off. They will be in front of Osceola County Sheriff and number of different attorneys in short order. We’ve got a little bit of work to do tomorrow where we need a title company to do a quick search to validate the documents. This is an established easement. There is no easement coming off of 192 as was propagated by the original land scam company yet never recorded in the 60s. This easement has been maintained and is well-established. Also for everybody’s knowledge goes from across the road 441 onto State land all the way down Holopaw Groves Road and concludes at our back canal. I know everybody is frustrated by these events and I think it’s unfortunate whereby I think our club could’ve gotten together with this individual who’s creating this upheaval to do something that everybody could’ve agreed on. Nonetheless this was not an option presented to SEPA so we are doing our best to represent landowners interests. I welcome anybody that wants to join this movement to contact us.
