I am a Santa Ana Heights resident and golfer raising funds for advertising and legal representation to communicate to local residents and all Orange County golfers the plans by NBGC land owners Fluter Feinberg and Feurstein to cancel Newport Beach Golf Course and driving range lease to replace golf with high profit 690 high density housing units and an artificial surfing facility.

Newport Beach City Council has already approved preliminary applications by owners. If given final approval it will set a precedent for rezoning and elimination all public and private gold courses for high very profit residential development.
