Stage 4 Cancer Diagnosis-Hope Lies In Germany!
Hi, my name is Sarah-Jo, and I’m writing this on behalf of my amazing younger sister, Mary-Beth. She’s just 31, a loving mum to three beautiful children, and part of a blended family of seven. Mary-Beth has faced unimaginable challenges, and right now, she needs our help more than ever.
For the last 10 years, she’s been a gynaecology patient, enduring painful misdiagnoses, including chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and suspected endometriosis. These led to her being put into early menopause at just 30, and a hysterectomy was scheduled for May of this year.
But, after all this, we learned that the real cause of her pain and struggles was something far more serious…
She Was Misdiagnosed.
Mary-Beth doesn’t have endometriosis or PID. She has **Stage 4 bowel cancer**, which has spread to her abdomen and bones.
It’s devastating, but there is still hope. And that hope lies in advanced treatment in Germany— a treatment that’s not available here in the UK.

Why We Need Your Help
Germany is pioneering cutting-edge cancer treatments, and many people from the UK who were given terminal diagnoses have found remission through therapies there. Mary-Beth’s best chance of survival is to travel to Germany for this life-saving treatment.
The total cost for this treatment and the necessary stay in Germany is **£50,000**. This includes:
* **£40,000** for the treatment itself
* **£10,000** for travel, accommodation, and family support while she stays in Germany
How You Can Help:
* **Donate any amount** — no contribution is too small
* **Share this page** with your networks to spread the word
* **Join us at our fundraiser on August 24th** at The Nabb Inn in Hucknall (12pm onwards — everyone is welcome!)
Whether it’s gift sets, hampers, vouchers, beauty products, or days out, we’d appreciate anything!
Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to giving Mary-Beth the chance she deserves to see her children grow and live a full life.
✨ A Message from Me
As her sister, it breaks my heart to see Mary-Beth fighting this battle. She’s a kind, loving mum who just wants to see her kids grow up. This treatment in Germany is her best chance, and we’re asking for help because we know that **together, we can make it happen.
If you can donate, share, or contribute in any way, we will be forever grateful. Thank you for supporting my sister during this difficult time.
With love and hope,
Sarah-Jo and family
