<div>Hi, my name is Sarah-Jo, and I’m writing this on behalf of my amazing younger sister, Mary-Beth. She’s just 31, a loving mum to three beautiful children, and part of a blended family of seven. Mary-Beth has faced unimaginable challenges, and right now, she needs our help more than ever.

<div>Mary-Beth doesn’t have endometriosis or PID. She has **Stage 4 bowel cancer**, which has spread to her abdomen and bones.
