Save My Life Companion: Urgent Help Needed

This page was created to try to save my life companion's life. We recently got X-rays and ultrasounds done that revealed internal complications that require hospitalization. The cost of this hospitalization is not within my financial capabilities, so I'm asking for support. I don't want to have to euthanize my baby; he's only 5 years old and has been my family since moving out on my own after undergrad.
