I am Diana, the organizer of a donation campaign to help my family. I live in Gaza, like the rest of the population who are waiting for a glimmer of hope. I, like the rest of the mothers in the world, want to save my child and my family from the death that follows us every second here in Gaza. I want to tell you about my life and how it has changed because of the war.

Before October 7, I was holding my little boy, Ashraf, and imagining what our next life would be like

I was also thinking carefully about how I would be able to divide my time between him and my work as a content writer in a Gaza company

But the war interrupted my train of thought, demolished my house, and I took refuge with my husband and child Ashraf in a tent that was not suitable for human living.

I felt terrified... How would I live here with my child, who suffers from eczema, whose innocent face is now full of painful red spots, and whose immunity is weak, in this tent? How do I give him love and affection without fear under the threat of rockets and missiles? ?

But there is no other shelter to go to, there is no place to go in the rain or in the heat, so I hope to give my child Ashraf a second chance at life outside the Gaza Strip, and I hope you will help me in giving us this last chance, which is like a second life.

The funds that we will raise through this campaign will be allocated solely to facilitate the safe passage of me and my family across the border into Egypt, as the high costs of obtaining permits, totaling approximately US$5,000 per person, constitute a major obstacle for my family to escape the ongoing crisis in Gaza that It will cost us 15,000 US dollars

In addition to that, the high costs of living, including renting a house in Egypt, the costs of treating my child for eczema and the malnutrition he was exposed to, and the high costs of living, including food, drink, a house, treatment, education, and everything necessary.
