My name is Masa Al-Soradi, I live with my family in Gaza, specifically in the Nuseirat area, which is exposed to heavy bombardment and many massacres every night. It took me a long time to think about making the decision to create a crowdfunding link, but we live in very difficult conditions. I cannot wait to lose my family, or die from hunger, diseases and the severe cold that is eating away at our bodies. The only way to save them is for you to help us provide some food and nylon to prevent the rain from falling on us. Please help me save my family from hunger. We have faced repeated tragic displacement since October, and we have been exposed to danger and death due to Israeli airstrikes several times. We need basics such as food, water and shelter as we lost our home, all that remains of it are some walls that we try to protect ourselves from the severe cold. In addition, my father suffers from a brain tumor and must leave the Gaza Strip to receive appropriate treatment for his condition. He suffers from a tumor that has reached the main artery in the brain and is growing rapidly and needs sessions called GAMMA KNIFE. Before the war he underwent one session and the next session was scheduled for several months later and it was unsuccessful. He is unable to travel due to the war in Gaza and the high travel costs. As a result of psychological pressure and malnutrition, my father suffered complications and doctors in Gaza said he must travel urgently and receive appropriate treatment. My desperate plea is to ensure the safety of my father and my family until the situation calms down. Your help to us in these difficult circumstances is invaluable. Especially after our house was destroyed and burned until it became uninhabitable. I am ready to do anything to save my father. All I want is to help my father travel for treatment, and I dream of protecting my little brother, sisters and mother who suffer from asthma and diabetes and cannot receive treatment due to the deterioration of the health sector in Gaza. I appeal to you to help me. My family consists of my father Hassan, my mother Hoda and my brother Karim, a young man who finished his university studies and has many dreams to achieve in the world of business, but he has become very thin and his hair is full of gray because of the war. My older sister Yara got married and traveled a few days before the war but she was unable to return and gave birth to her first child alone and far from us. My sister Tala, 23 years old, is about to graduate from the Faculty of Architecture and dreams of completing her master’s degree. As a young girl, Masa, who is about to finish high school, I have been exposed to danger several times to save my animals from bombing. I raise many animals, especially dogs. Masa is a musician who plays the oud and dreams of becoming a veterinarian to help animals. Recently, the army confiscated her instrument and prevented her from playing. She suffered from digestive disorders as a result of my sadness and the lack of adequate food. We were unable to travel before because of the fees imposed by Egyptian travel companies on entry permits to Egypt through the Rafah crossing. They imposed $11,000 on my father, $7,000 on my mother, $11,000 on my brother Karim, and $7,000 on Tala and Masa each, in addition to the costs of my father’s treatment.
