My brother Jotbir Singh is a student here in Australia and suddenly he got sick and we took him to the doctor and his tests had been done and after one day we received a phone call from his doctor and she immediately asked us to take Jotbir Singh to emergency because he has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and he immediately needed assistance otherwise he can get brain stroke as well as heart attack. our medical team was very much worriedand concerned.He is currently receiving dialysis to clean out the excessive creatinine in his blood. He suffers from very high blood pressure. But now it fluctuate from high to very low.His prognosis is that he requires to have a kidney transplant so that his life can be saved. We are currently searching for a suitable kidney donor for Jotbir. Please understand he is in a critical condition, so please assist him as much you can. You can only save my brother's life.
