We're a volunteer-led coalition of parents, providers, grandparents, and neighbors fighting to keep Labor & Delivery at Miles open. Over the coming months, we'll continue organizing events, printing educational materials, sharing patient stories, and bringing our community's vision for rural maternity care directly to decision-makers. None of that happens without community support. Your donations will help cover the real costs of grassroots organizing, including yard signs, rally banners, flyers, postcards, educational materials, childcare and babysitting so parents can attend meetings and events, website and digital outreach costs, community events and supplies, sound systems, tents, tables, volunteer materials, and travel and gas costs for volunteers across Lincoln County.

Why are we fighting? Because Margaret found healing after a traumatic first birth through the kindness and care she received at Miles. Because after four hours of pushing, Hailey was met with the words, "You can do this. You are so strong," and experienced one of the most empowering moments of her life. Because Rosie describes the birth of her son at Miles as peaceful, magical, and surrounded by experienced caregivers she trusted. These stories are not unique.
