We are the Paoli-Green Machine! That's our family motto. We are a fun-loving, energy-filled family of 6 driven by faith in our Father in Heaven. We want to keep it that way, but someone is trying to tear our family apart! I've been fighting a very complicated court battle with my abusive ex husband, representing myself due to financial hardship, for over 5 years!

We are scheduled for trial this AUGUST, and I am at a HUGE disadvantage representing myself. This means my ex (who voluntarily gave up his half of physical custody in 2020 because he didn't want to spend the money to travel to see them) could get custody of my 3 amazing older kids, solely because he has an attorney who speaks the legal language, and I do not!

My ex will stop at nothing to destroy our family, and believe me, he has almost succeeded. He uses my children as pawns in his attempts to control every aspect of our lives, and they don't deserve that. They deserve to live a peaceful life, having healthy relationships with all of their parents. Ending this court battle would be a huge part in bringing that reality to our family.

Anyone who knows me, knows that my children are my world!! We sing, and dance, and play and explore, together! I have been my children's full custodial parent their entire lives, while my husband of 5 years has been their full-time Dad for over half their lives. Together, we have our 4 year old boy who beautifully binds our family together. We coach their soccer and basketball teams, we volunteer and perform as a Princess and Captain Jack, paint faces and raise money for their schools, and our communities. We are an extremely close family, and we would all be devastated if my ex succeeds in court.

The gist of the situation is, my ex husband has money, a silver tongue and an aggressive attorney who has convinced the court of some absurdly false accusations. I have been reprsenting myself in a justice system that is not set up for people to represent themselves, for 5 years and am so very behind. I need an attorney to help prove the truth in my case and dispell these awful accusations. My ex husband has sent CPS to investigate 3 times, and law enforcement to do welfare checks 5 times. All cases have been closed and accusations proven false! But as a working Mom of 4 children, I struggle gravely to navigate the court system and get all of my overwhelming evidence submitted to the court.

I am raising money to pay a good attorney so I can keep my family together! I have been very diligent, and have contacted every possible low income resource available, am working with domestic violence agencies and advocates, and have finally found an amazing attorney who will take payments instead requiring a lump-sum retainer up front, so he can start to work on my case immediately!

So, please, PLEASE help me raise this money so we keep our family together! Please help us find Justice! Everyone in our country has a right to Justice, and you would be helping us have a real fighting chance!!
