Save Lives in Monte Cristi: Donate for a Fire Truck
Donation protected
Hello,
My name is Roman Colon, former baseball player from the Dominican Republic. I’m coming to you humbly to ask for a little bit of help for my hometown in Monte Cristi, which is a small village where I grew up. This is a poor community that lacks any of the basic services and amenities we are so lucky to have in the United States.
They do not have emergency vehicles such as fire trucks, ambulances, or even a hearse for those who pass away. If my people have an accident, are sick, or there’s a fire, they will most like die due to the lack of help we receive from our government.
Ever since I was a small child, I’ve dreamed of building a fire station, where my people can feel safe and protected. I’m looking to raise money for a fire truck, like the one below, or one similar to it. This may not seem like much here, but in my country is like gold. This one purchase would save countless lives and protect our citizen’s houses.
Please help these less fortunate people, and do what you can. It is greatly appreciated. God bless you all!
