Hi, we are an Adult Day Care Center that has been in business since 1997 and won the best adult day care in Brownsville last year. We are thankful for the ability to remain open during this difficult time but for the first time since we first opened our doors for business, we are operating on a day to day basis. We have been self-sufficient for 24 years and have never needed to ask for financial help from anyone. We are now in a precarious situation where we must ask for assistance due to the struggles faced during this Covid-19 pandemic. We care deeply about our clients and employees and will keep our doors open for as long as possible and for as long as we are financially capable. As of now, we are projected to remain open for the remainder of the month depending on the continued effects of the pandemic.Our business is an integral part of our community. We provide services to the elderly and low income minority populations. We invite many local organizations to perform for our clients in our recently renovated facility that has been identified as a historical building by the City of Brownsville, Texas. We have hosted musicians, dance groups, educators, and small business owners (teachers, instructors, farmers, etc.) to present their products, art work, and skills. We have also partnered with the Brownsville Housing Authority and the R.O.C.A. (Revival of Cultural Arts) Organization in hopes of expanding our reach to our community.
