IRS Illegally Seize and Sell This Family's Home

Friends and Fellow-Americans,
My name is Ryan Thompson and my family and I reside in Utah County, Utah. I feel compelled to share with the citizens of our great nation the experience of two of my dear friends who have had their home stolen from them and now auctioned away. Ken and Barbara Cromar have been on a pursuit for justice for the last several years to dispute unjust and unconstitutional income taxes that Americans are required to pay. Their stance has always been that they will gladly pay every tax that they lawfully owe, and refuse to pay taxes that are unconstitutional: income tax. Ken and Barbara were forcefully evicted from their home in Utah County, Utah on June 25th, 2019 at gun point by armed federal agents and have been living like refugees ever since. Ken and Barbara have been in open communication with the IRS and have been responding to all of their correspondence promptly. ***The Cromars have never once been allowed to appear before a judge at the state or federal level for this case. **No hearing. **No due process. They have filed a lawsuit of their own and are appealing the decision to have them evicted from their home in the circuit court as I write this.
The Cromars have one question of the IRS and the judge in the case against them: Can you show us the law that authorizes the federal government and the IRS to compel US citizens to pay income tax? They have yet to receive a response citing the law.
The reason I created this campaign is because the Cromars' home (still full of their personal belongings and property) was auctioned off today (September 10th, 2019) at the US District Court building in Salt Lake. As you view those photos, it's not hard to see how violated Ken and Barbara must feel to have their home on public display.

The Treasury notice states: "The property shall be offered for sale at public auction, free and clear of all liens and interests of the parties to this action." This is not true. A great American patriot Ammon Bundy was in attendance to protest the auction and to stand for liberty and justice for the Cromars.
Here is a picture of Ammon, Ken, Liberty (Ken and Barbara's youngest daughter), and Barbara. Barbara is holding a picture of their home that was sold just a few minutes before. Liberty is holding a copy of Ken's latest documentary, "Miracles: In God We Trust".
According to another Treasury Department website: https://www.treasury.gov/auctions/irs/faq.shtml the Cromars now have 180 days to come up with the purchase price plus interest to be able to buy back the house that they rightfully own. The winning bid for the home was $330,000. Your generous donations will go directly to help purchase Ken and Barbara's home back.
If we are successful in raising the money and are able to purchase their home it will be placed in a trust to protect it from being further pursued by the IRS.
If we are not able to raise the funds to purchase the home back the funds will then be placed in a trust dedicated to helping with the Cromars' legal costs as they fight for justice in the courts.
I would like to invite you to join me to stand in support of the Cromars as they seek for justice. They welcome and seek for their day in court.
The Cromars' situation has been highlighted on three radio programs to explain their situation and to raise public awareness and support. Links to the interviews are below. One of the radio programs featured Ammon Bundy, the Nevada rancher that took on the federal government and won! Given the right circumstances, David can defeat Goliath. I believe that Ken and Barbara are on the side of truth and justice and are worthy of all of our support.

Ken and Barbara are American patriots. They love their country, they love the constitution, they love freedom and liberty and are willing to sacrifice all they own for it.
Barbara and Ken are also God fearing people and believe that God will help them fight their battles. The night before they were evicted from their home Ken was able to complete the upload process to add his documentary, 'Miracles', to Amazon. The documentary is free to watch on Amazon Prime and it highlights that God is a God of miracles, individual miracles, family miracles, as well as community and national miracles. There have been a few question concerning Ken and Barbara's tax situation that I wanted to address and make sure are clear.
Q: Do the Cromars pay their taxes?
A: The Cromars believe in and pay the taxes they legally owe, including continuing to pay their property tax post eviction. The Cromars challenge to be shown the law requiring US citizens to pay income tax and they do not pay income tax. Q: Were the Cromars behind on their mortgage?
A: No. On the contrary, the Cromars finished paying off their mortgage around 15 years ago and haven't had a mortgage payment since then. If there are others questions people have please leave a comment and I'll get an answer and get back to you. The Cromars have been careful to do everything out in the open and have nothing to hide.
*In a separate case in 2010 the Cromars did have a hearing and the judge dismissed the case.
