Save Joanna's House

Joanna is a pretty positive woman.  In spite of escaping an abusive husband, losing the woman who raised her, and losing her job while fighting an illness that could very easily kill her, she tries to keep a smile on her face.  
This week, she was informed via court order that now that her DVO is no longer in place, she has 120 days to refinance or sell her house (to get the ex husband's name off the mortage.) She was awarded the house in the divorce.  She has made payments on time every month.  
Unable to work because of her illness, she is unable to refinance.  She will lose the house of love and safety she created for herself and her two sons.  Please consider donating to help her pay for a new apartment...or maybe even save her house.
