Save home due to ailing wife

My wife and I have been traveling to her specialist in South Carolina from Pennsylvania for injection in her back over the last three years. She has had multiple surgeries on her back and requires pain block injection to be able to have some quality of life. 
The cost to do this has put an extreme burden on our finances. We have recently found a doctor in Pennsylvania that will do the procedure and save the travel cost. Our current need is to sustain our home for the next 2 months so our finances can now catch up. We are desperately behind and need immediate relief so legal action does not force us from our home.
