Save the DBE Program: Support DBEs of America

We represent the voice of the almost 50,000 certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) around the country! The DBE program is currently under attack. Working together, collaboratively, we CAN save the program.

At DBEs of America, our mission is to foster collaboration and unity within the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) community. We are dedicated to advocating for the preservation of DBE program, ensuring protection of America’s founding principles of free market and capitalism which are integral to our country’s economic development and growth. Through strategic partnerships, education, and advocacy, we strive to empower DBEs to thrive in a competitive marketplace, driving economic growth and social equity.

Your donation will be used to create a legal defense fund so we can file as intervenors in the Mid-Am. Milling Co., LLC v. U.S. Dept. of Transp., No. 3:23-cv-00072-GFVT lawsuit as well as pay for costs associated with the 501 c4 filing and running of the volunteer driven non-profit, such as website maintenance and outreach efforts.
