Hi, we're a group of local Bondi Junction residents running groups like Save Bondi Junction on Facebook and Bondi Junction Masterplan on Instagram (see our website at BondiJunctionMasterplan for more information) trying to make sure organizations like Waverley Council and the NSW State Government promote sensible development in Bondi Junction that will provide more affordable homes yet be sensitive to the needs of the local community and the heritage of the area.

On the other side of the fence we have very large well funded developers, faction-based councils, and stakeholders who want to see more poorly planned highrises in Bondi Junction "because it's just more of the same and we don't want it in our neighbourhood."

In doing this community advocacy though there are costs around printing, hosting, and legal costs in ensuring that councils and other organisations follow the rules around procedural fairness and relevant planning law.
