Save Bam Bam from an Abusive Home

This is Bam Bam. The sweetest loving most handsome little fella. Unfortunately, he is in need of dire help. He needs to be removed from the current abusive living situation he is in. The court system is against me. From constant bruises all over his body every other week to chemical burns, to being told no he cannot eat, my son is suffering. His weight is constantly fluctuating and losing weight when in his mother’s care. It is so sad to have to sit by and watch this happen. There is a court order in place that is currently not being followed. I have filed contempt and modification petition and we have court coming up next month. i don’t understand why the court system is so biased against father’s getting full custody of their children? Forget it if you have any type of criminal history - regardless if it was 16 years ago when I was 14. You’re automatically painted as a horrible person. I did my time. I am a changed God fearing man now! I know He is on my side but why is it so hard?

I need help. Unfortunately with it already being very slim to none chance to obtain full custody as a father, it is absolutely beyond expensive to hire an attorney for help. I need to save my 2 year old son from the abusive, neglectful home environment he is in. I have been fighting this battle for over a year and a half now. Now I have to go back to court again, but I have 3 other kids and a wife that depends on me. In this economy, how is it expected for someone to have that amount of money just readily available? I will always fight till the day I die, for any of my kids, and always do what’s best for them. I just need some help. Whether it be financially, giving advice, or even prayers, my family and I - and most importantly my son, need it!
