Save Asbury Park's History, a New Jersey non-profit entity, has a unique opportunity to assist the city in filing an eminent domain lawsuit to take ownership of the Casino, Carousel, Power Plant, Sunset Pavilion and the Convention Hall complex:(The Paramount Theater, the arcade and Convention Hall). An anonymous donor has agreed to Donate $100,000 to our charity to assist the city to pay for the legal fees needed. He has also agreed to match the first $100,000 of public donations.
