I'm trying to protect my daughter from abuse by her father. She has been 10 years seized without due process, and detained into the full custody of the perpetrating parent. ⏳ I've been thrice arrested for attempting to protect her in the past, for violating the void family court order that gives him full custody of our daughter. I've never given up on trying to protect her. He's been violating the custodial order and denying me all contact for a prolonged period of time. Furthermore, he is wrongfully manipulating my daughter to say she no longer wishes to have contact with me, which is verifiably false. Recently, after I reported the abuse to the police, the officer called in a report to CPS framing me as though l've "allowed" my daughter to remain with the perpetrating parent.
Now I'm under investigation by CPS for complicity in my daughter being abused by her father! ♀️
A catch 22. How are you expected to deal with a scenario such as this?
On the one hand: If I don't allow my daughter's father to have contact with her, and I takeoff with her in order to protect her, then I'd be risking another jail sentence by Anthony McGinty who severely discriminates, punishes and retaliates against me, as he acts under color of law as Ulster County NY Family Court Judge.

On the other hand: If I don't take my daughter out of the abuse, and if I instead comply with Anthony McGinty's order giving full custody to the perpetrating parent, then not only would my daughter stay in the grips of her abuser, but I would also risk CPS making an indicated report!
This conundrum is a large contributing factor to my separation from the father of my two boys who desperately miss their sister.

I've been wrongfully evicted from my home without due process which has illegally rendered me homeless. I have C-PTSD from the legal system's malicious persecution against me. The State of NY seized my license based upon my failure to pay child support to my abuser, beyond my means, which as compounded. I am traumatized, and I've been without any resources to help me restore my legal rights.
I need to sue for damages and need help for legal expenses. ⚖️
I'm living out of my car. I've been denied any contact with my daughter (in violation of a family court order) for prolonged amounts of time, due to the abusive parent's continual criminalized behaviors, and the system that supports and empowers abusers and oppresses and criminalizes victims. Neither my daughter's school nor her perpetrator will let me speak to her, in violation of our rights. The police and family fail to hold him accountable.
I need to raise funds to store my belongings held in multiple units.
I need to raise money for to pay for legal transcripts that cost thousands.
I AM IN CRISIS. Rock Bottom.
It would be nice if I was, instead, in the better position of asking for financial support in order to make my music album! I'd need to raise money in order to produce the new songs I've been working on. ﮩ٨ـﮩﮩ٨ـ♡ﮩ٨ـﮩﮩ٨ـ
It could potentially be a way forward.

I am a good mother, and I've never been found to be unfit. It is a fundamental right, and the lawful responsibility of a fit parent to protect their children from abuse, neglect, and maltreatment. I've been hindered from being able to do so, in violation of my human rights as well as my daughter's human rights, by conspirators acting under color of law as Ulster County authorities - the very system set up to protect children is working against this exact intended purpose and has been for about 10 years in my case. The courts are in cahoots with the cops and DA, and the Department of Social Services in Ulster County.
