Savannah Hill, a bright, driven, and compassionate young woman, is competing in the King/Queen Youth Pageant hosted by the Women’s Home and Overseas Missionary Society (WHOMS) of the Elizabeth City District of the A.M.E. Zion Church. The pageant will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at the Museum of the Albemarle. This inspiring event supports a powerful cause, and Savannah is honored to represent her family, church, and community with grace and excellence.

Savannah is more than just a contestant; she’s a leader and role model for her peers. She is:

A dedicated track athlete who knows the value of hard work and perseverance.

An active member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America), preparing herself for a bright future in leadership and business.

The Secretary for the VCYC (Varick Christian Youth Council), where she leads with faith and dedication.

A member of the NAACP, committed to social justice and advocacy.

A devoted member of Good Hope A.M.E. Zion Church in Moyock, NC, under the guidance of Pastor Donald L. Jones, where she praise dances and sings in the youth choir to glorify God.

A future law student with aspirations of making a difference in the world through her passion for justice.

When she’s not leading, learning, or competing, Savannah enjoys listening to music, relaxing, and catching up on sleep to recharge for her busy schedule.

This pageant is more than just a competition; it’s a way for Savannah to grow, serve, and support the impactful work of WHOMS, which empowers youth to lead and make a difference in their communities.
