Sauk City Trailer Park Community

 

To whom it may concern.

 

 My name is Kody, and And on December 30th, all of us here in the community were served papers regarding the owner shutting down the park and were told to move the trailers and personal belongings by January 30 2022. Currently it is being managed by a property management company, so the owners information is very minimal and not obtainable.
This ordeal is beyond unreasonable and all of us here are very frustrated with the situation.  Alot of the trailer homes are unmoveable and just cannot be moved. (A community of about 20) January/February tend to be the coldest months of the year, and a 30 day notice is kindof unreasonable, and yet during the holidays. Some of us have been here for 40 plus years.
Anything helps and your contribution will assist the families who are having a challenging time during the transition.
