Hello Saugus Community! My name is Robbie Haring and I am a student at Saugus High School and a Scout for Troop 2. For my eagle project, I have decided to renovate the Saugus S. In its current state, the Saugus S has graffiti, litter, fallen boards, visible seams, and faded paint. It is an understatement to say that the S is in disrepair. I propose to level the visible seams, remove the litter, replace the fallen boards, repaint the structure, as well as adding wireless solar-powered lights to illuminate the S at night. These renovations will not only reinvigorate the Saugus pride to students and alumni but also reinvigorate the pride of all those who pass the S and view it as a symbol of centurion pride. But, to achieve the upgrades that will make the S something the community will be proud of, I will need all the donations I can get.
