This is a VERY HUMBLE & EXTREMELY URGENT request my name is Faisal and am fundraising for my mom Sarwar and myself due to our EXTREMELY DIRE circumstances!!

I recently suffered a Moderate Heart Attack while being home alone on Sunday March 1st, 2026 during Ramadhan and needed to call the ambulance who showed up in 5 minutes Alhumdulillah and Thankfully took me to Centenary Hospital and within another 5 minutes we were there. I was rushed into the Emergency Dept. where the nurses tended to me with an ECG scan, oxygen breathing tube, put an IV drip, gave me blood thinners and other meds and then took about 3 hours for me to calm down and stabilize Alhumdulillah! (Thank God)

I was kept in Emergency overnight and then given a hospital room the next day on March 2nd. I had a Heart Echo Scan test done on March 3rd and then an Angiogram on March 4th where they make a puncture wound in your wrist and then put in a special dye to see the heart and arteries better, the doctor takes many x-rays of the heart and determines whether open heart surgery or an alternate surgery is needed and I was told I need a Double By-Pass heart surgery for blocked arteries that is coming up soon.

I was kept in Centenary for 2 weeks for other tests and released on Monday March 16th and then had a follow up appt with a Cardiologist Specialist at Toronto General Hospital in downtown Toronto on Wed May 20th and now am awaiting to have a Double By-Pass surgery in about a months time. The recovery could take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months before I can go back to work and my Mom and I are desperately in need of funds to keep our house going for the next few months.

My mom's husband Khursheed and my father past away from Cancer in February 2024

Both our loved ones are Very Greatly Missed and has caused Great Hardship and Depression to both my mom and myself.

I have been recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Extreme Stress, Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Major Depression due to all the obligations related with our house falling upon my shoulders by myself. I have done many different jobs over the years working physical labor and factory setting jobs, Consulting, Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, selling various items online while working Courier Driving jobs and putting over 70 hours a week in both jobs to meet expenses but now due to my health and major depression it has becoming Very Difficult to manage all the obligations of 3 or 4 people were doing in our home now all upon my shoulders.

My mom is 77 years old and cannot work anymore as she is retired for over 20 years now after working nearly 30 years at various factory related jobs. She is under much stress as well as she sees me struggling very much with all the obligations related to our home like paying all the bills, mortgage payment, heating bill, hydro bill. electricity bill, property taxes all the grocery shopping, serving food and clean up, managing doctor and other appointments, our 20 year old car repairs, all the cleaning in our home, all the laundry, grass cutting the lawn, leaves removal, snow removal and many other home related duties that has caused severe mental and physical exhaustion to myself.

I recently lost my courier driving job and need repairs to my vehicle and have exhausted all savings in my bank account. We are $3493 in arrears on Property Taxes, $1775 arrears in Utility Bills, need repairs on our home and our mortgage payment of $2565 PLUS Utilities is coming up on 24th of the month. I tried to get a bank loan but due to loss of job I am not getting approved right now.

I am struggling VERY MUCH right now to find another job as my health is not well and in DIRE NEED of funds to KEEP OUR HOME for several months until I can hopefully find a suitable job Insha' Allah (God Willing) which could take weeks or a couple months after surgery???
