My beautiful daughter Sara who’s 6 is taking a brave and meaningful step by donating her hair to The Little Princess Trust towards the beginning of may, helping children who have lost their hair due to illness.

She has always loved having long hair and has only ever had small trims to keep it healthy. To donate, she needs to cut at least 30 cm which is a big change for her. Letting go of something she’s so proud of hasn’t been easy, but she knows it will make a difference to someone else.

Her family are so proud of her kindness and courage. Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated and will help bring confidence and smiles to children who need it most.

Each wig made by The Little Princess Trust costs around £700, so alongside donating her hair, Sara is hoping to raise funds to support their incredible work.
