Sara’s Global Dental Adventure

To all,

Hello to all of our friends, family and dental colleagues alike from the East coast to the West coast. I am starting this Gofundme solely to help fund Sara’s dream of world travel while assisting the less fortunate with world class dental care. If you know Sara at all you know that she is a woman who can’t sit still and is always outdoors with her family finding wild and crazy things to do (Just check out her Facebook). When she’s not putting her DA skills to work for fantastic doctors and dental practices, her family and friends are her top priority. If you are a friend of Sara’s you know that she would do anything for you. 

In our years together Sara has displayed to me her endless love of animals and people alike. It was brought to my attention, a few years back, that she really wanted to contribute volunteer time and compassion to the less fortunate and her career. A company called Global Dental Relief based out of Denver Colorado www.globaldentalrelief.org provides dental professionals, such as Sara, with an amazing opportunity to travel to hard to reach lands and provide top notch dental care for children and countries of lesser means than our own. 

This “surprise” trip, for her birthday in 2021 (Surprise because Sara would have a hard time committing family funds, such as the ones I’m committing to sign her up, solely for herself) will be paid for no matter what. However, I did want to provide friends and family an opportunity to be involved if they would like to be and help out with Sara’s future endeavor to travel across the globe to bring her love and compassion to others while allowing her to display her talents for dental assisting. 

The trip will run approx. 14 days and will include travel, food and lodging. She will be safely practicing dental assisting with a group of like minded dental professionals from across the US as well as having down time for some sight seeing adventures (Just think lots of animals).

As my wife and my best friend, I believe Sara is more than deserving of an amazing opportunity such as this, to display her great work ethic, compassion and skill. If you know Sara as well as I do, then I would imagine you would likely feel the same way.
