Sara's 5k Frogman Swim in Honor of Bill Mulder

I hope you will show your support, as I swim the Boston Frogman this June in honor of Navy Seal Bill Mulder. Bill was a retired Navy Seal, who performed numerous deployments and hundreds of missions protecting our freedom. Unfortunately, that dedication led to multiple TBI's and CTE ultimately leading him to die by suicide June of 2017.
It is my hope that thru my training and swim you can learn more about Bill and his legacy, raise awareness to veterans mental health and encourage others to #saytheirname I want to change the narrative and change the number.
