Sarah's leap of faith for Girlguiding Devon and FORCE

I am are thrilled to announce that on 21st June 2025, along with a brave group of fellow Leaders, Rangers, and Parents from Guide groups across Devon, I will be taking a leap of faith – quite literally – with a charity skydive!

This thrilling adventure isn’t just about the jump – it’s about creating unforgettable memories for our girls as we plan an amazing trip to Switzerland in August 2026.

Our goal is to raise vital funds to support this once-in-a-lifetime experience, led entirely by willing volunteers. But that’s not all — we are also proud to be supporting FORCE Cancer Charity, a local organisation offering vital support to families during challenging times.

I will be self-funding the jump, which means that every penny donated to this page will be split 50/50 between:

• Our Switzerland adventure fund

• FORCE Cancer Charity

I truly cannot wait to be a part of our adventure to Switzerland next summer, where I will be part of a team of Girlguiding volunteers taking a number of girls and young women from across Devon on this incredible opportunity to visit one of our international Guide centres as well as some other fantastic experiences. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for everyone involved, and that’s where your support comes in. We are all working hard to raise funds for this journey, ensuring that every girl has the opportunity to participate, regardless of their financial background.

In addition to supporting our trip, we are also committed to making a difference in our community by raising funds for FORCE Cancer Charity. This organization has been a beacon of hope for many providing invaluable support during challenging times.

Every contribution you make will be split equally between our trip fund and FORCE Cancer Charity (50/50). Your generosity can help us achieve our goals while also supporting those in need. Together, let’s make a positive impact!
