Haiti 2019!
Once again, we are headed back to Haiti!
For the ninth year in a row, a team of incredible volunteers from across the country will be traveling to Carrefour, a city just outside of Port-au-Prince, to operate a week-long feeding program and to remodel the interior of a boys' orphanage! Most importantly, we are going to learn and grow as people. To expand our understanding of love, community and grace.
For those of you who have followed our trips in the past, we will be working with Grace International again and the same groups of kids!
While last year our fundraising efforts were directed toward packing backpacks for every child at both orphanages, this year the money raised will go toward completely redesigning the boys' home. This includes new beds, mattresses, sheets, books, toys, etc. The money our team raises will also pay to operate a 5-day feeding program for about 400 local kids who have limited access to consistent meals.
We want to thank you in advance for your generosity and prayer. We have been completely blown away every year by the ways people have supported our teams. And we are so excited for you to see the work you help make possible in Haiti!!
