This is Sarah & Addison.
I first met them a couple of years back, when they moved into my apartment complex. We hit it off very quickly and since then have spent much time together. They are great neighbors, and I believe other neighbors would agree.
It's been wonderful getting to know the two of them. Sarah is a wonderful Mother who spends most of her time helping other people. She is truly an angel.

Addison is a great little boy who's come a long way. He was diagnosed with Austism as a toddler. School was difficult for him, but Sarah found him a special school and since he started going there he's been doing much better. Him & my son spend many afternoons riding scooters, playing minecraft & having nerf gun wars.
In the back of the above picture, you can see Addison's father Jim. A good guy with bad health. Sarah had been taking care of him for as long as I have know her. Besides caring for Addison & Jim, every weekend she goes over to take care of her mother & step father.
Februrary 2016, Jim's health went from bad to worse. I woke up one morning to find Sarah distraught as Jim had passed in the night. It was the day before Addison's birthday.
A few days before the funeral, Sarah recieved a 60 day eviction notice.
She had been in that apartment for 2 1/2 years. About a year ago, the owner sold the complex, who then started renovating the upper units. She was a little stressed out at the time, thinking she might have to move, but all he did was raise her rent. Of course, the rent hike came with dust & noise from the renovation of the other units & the destruction of her garden.
He is kicking her out to renovate her apartment & rent it at a higher price. The owner has not offered her a similar unit, nor answered her pleas for an extension.
This poor woman is doing everything she can to find a new place, but prices have gone up in the last year and she's afraid she might have to move far away.
Addison just lost his father, is loosing his home, and the neighbor kids who love & accept him. Please help them so they can stay in the area. It would break my heart if Addison had to leave his school too.

Please help me help these two beautiful souls.
My goal is to raise $2000 for her in the next couple of weeks to help cover the difference in rent that she will have to pay to get a new apartment.
I appreciate you time in reading this and thank you for whatever help you can give. Even $5 is helpful.
Peace, Love & Light!
