Hi as you know Wes’s girl friend Sara Echegoyen was in a bus accident on her way home from a youth retreat with LCBC. She underwent back surgery last night and is in the ICU at Geisinger Children’s Hospital.She is still in the ICU and I would like to try and raise funds for her family and their medical bills.
