Known for her generosity and longstanding support of the transgender community, she has dedicated herself to helping those in need. Her work includes "Pheida - Gender at Periphery", The Dwindling Identity, The Forbidden Prophecies, Poems - My Father, Nupi Maanbi Thabal by HarperCollins, Laws and Identity, a quest of citizenship from Manipuri indigenous Nupi Maanbi and Nupa Maanba. We are hosting a small book talk fundraiser in the Bay Area and online to cover expenses for her trip and to contribute a little towards her continued efforts to support the vulnerable. Thank you for joining us in celebrating her work on identity, resilience, and hope, as well as her unwavering commitment to the transgender community. Your support means so much.
Please join for a 45-minute talk over Google Meet at 9:45 PM Eastern on Thursday, March 13th.
