Safe Shores - The DC Children's Advocacy Center provides intervention, hope and healing for children and families affected by abuse, trauma and violence in the District of Columbia, and prevents child abuse through education and training. Safe Shores serves children and youth between the ages of zero to eighteen who have been victimized by abuse and/or witnessed violence, as well as their siblings and non-offending caregivers.
