Sand Dune Park Revitalization

Hi, my name is Enzo Ames. I am 15 years old and a Life Scout for Troup 849. Please help me fundraise $5,000 to complete my Eagle Scout Project, which will help the environment, fight global warming and improve the quality of living in my hometown, Manhattan Beach. My Eagle Scout project is the revitalization of one of my town's essential parks, Sand Dune Park.

The park has long suffered from defunct soil and is in disarray, with large swathes of bare hillsides, non-native species, and dead plants.

 

The project requires 5,000 dollars to fund the purchase of tools, supplies, and materials.

This money will mainly be used to fund the purchase of California native drought-resistant plants and trees and other means to revitalize the soil.

Also, this is not for the betterment of the Boy Scouts of America, and all additional funds will be donated to Parks And Recreation for maintenance fees.
