It is with sadness in my heart to inform you that the very historic SAN JOSE MISSION in San Acacia New Mexico was damaged due to fire in the area. The Church is repairable, but time is critical. This little Church for years has been visited and enjoyed by many for its peaceful, inviting and loving energy.

Some articles refer to this little Church as abandoned but that couldn't be further from the truth, on almost any given day you could find lit candles on the alter and there was always a little something in the donation box.

I had the dream of restoring this Church before the fire and I still do. I am going to repair the Church and restore the damaged items that were unfortunately damaged with water and smoke. Highly detailed photographs were taken recently and prior to the fire for the purpose of restoration.

I am asking for your help to fund the repair of this beautiful historic Mission. I can and will assure you your money will be used for repairs to the Church and not a cent waisted. If we are fortunate enough to put money together for the basic building materials any extra will be used for improvements to the existing structure including furniture, art and electrical.
