On Saturday November 12th ,Sam was riding his scooter which he loved on his way to work when he was tragically hit by a vehicle on E 149 st / Grand concourse in the Bronx . That unfortunately took his life. Sam leaves behind a wife and 4 beautiful boys aging from his oldest Isaiah 9,Josiah 7 ,Ayden 3 and Amari 1 .
