Rebuild Family Farm & Yoga Center

Rebuild Puerto Rico post Hurricane Maria, beneficiary for this campaign, Veeta Muriel Mohan.
  Fundaraising for family farm and educational center in devastated  area of the interior island.
Samnyasin La Finca established 1986 ; Utuado, Puerto Rico, is a family owned organic farm, yoga retreat and  ''mountain getaway.''  The Muriel Mohan family has been devastated by recent hurricane Maria. La Finca is located in the heart of the rural highlands of Puerto Rico, one of the most affected areas. The agricultural farmland has sustained unfathomable damage.As well as to  it's  home, program center, out buildings, watersystem,  and guest cabins.


Once a tropical paradise with cleared farmland, it is now deforested.
Samnyasin has opened its doors to people and students in Puerto Rico and around the world for  organic farming, family vacations,holistic retreats and yoga . We have been getting requests for how you can help. Please join our campaign to rebuild.
The farm has been a part of  "Organizacion Boricua de Agricultura Eco-Organica" a non profit organization working to promote organic farming around the island. Together we have hosted workshops to the local youth of the community and through out Puerto Rico, teaching the principles of organic agriculture.
With your support, we can rebuild these thirty acres of sacred land .
