"Sniff Spot": Sammie's Friends Dog Run

I am Spencer Thauberger, and I am a Life Scout with troop 24. My Eagle Scout Project is an enclosure at the Sammie's Friends pet shelter in Grass Valley, California, to help dogs acclimate themselves to the staff at the shelter, or have a place to relax.

It is located on the walking path around the property, away from the main shelter building in order to give any dogs who may not play well with others or who may be easily overstimulated a chance to relax while interacting with walkers.

The enclosure is going to be made of chain link fencing, and is 7 feet tall with dimensions of 30 feet by 30 feet, giving the dogs plenty of room to run while also limiting their ability to jump over the fencing.
