our family is trying to get an apartment myself live off Ssi since I was 16 and I’m 39 trying to get a foundation for my family before winter at this time me and my wife and dog live in the car and we shower at friends house or truck stops sometimes natural spring waters. It’s really hard for survival cooking. Keep your laundry clean we now got a voucher for laundry. The general assistance gave us a night at a hotel. but because I get a small Ssi check that’s coming up. We got one night on emergency now we’re back outside and we’re trying to figure out life it a vehicle a Chevy Malibu. We call it our camper me and my wife sleep in the back the dog sleeps in the front we go to Humane Society to get food for our dog to make sure he’s OK. He’s very loving and non-aggressive. Our daughter lives with the grandmother. She is now 20 and she has Williams Barron syndrome but she’s a very smart young lady so she always needs care. My wife tries to get jobs but as she gets jobs, her daughter is gonna need full care for a diabetes type. One and life is definitely a challenging episode.
