Samaritan House goodwill

Hello everyone, I was inspired to do more over the holidays.  An employee of mine works with this organization and asked for donations so he could put together items for people in need during the holidays. I donated to his cause and it helped spur a want in me to do more as well. I figured with the small platform I have that we could do some good, so here we go! 

I have been in touch with a gentleman from Catholic Charities and they work with the Samaritan House locally here in Denver. The Samaritan House has a family floor of 25 rooms and a floor for women and children of 16 rooms. They help get families and children on their feet and rebound from the streets to low income housing. 

With the times we are in I wanted to start a donation that I will do during the holidays. Since I missed the holidays this year I am doing it for my birthday which is February 23. The donations will go directly to new housing support as well as veteran and  children birthday parties who are in their housing currently.  Help will provide much-needed items like a mattress, bedframe, sheets, pillows, etc. for a familiy moving into a new housing situation/struggling with their current housing situation

I am matching 25% of all donations. I am asking help from family, friends and within my business to see what we can do to help someone in need!
